Visa Checklist & Required Documents

Please review the required documents before applying for your visa process. All documents should be provided as scanned copies.

🇲🇾 Malaysia Checklist

General Documents

  • Valid passport with minimum seven-month validity and previous passports
  • Travel history including visa and immigration seals
  • e-Visa copies of any other countries if available
  • Recent photo 2 copies (35x50mm size, white background)
  • National ID card photocopy (both sides)
  • Birth certificate photocopy for child and infant
  • Bank statement for last six months with bank seal and signature
  • Bank solvency certificate with bank seal and signature
  • Utility bill at present address (optional)
  • Marriage certificate copy if spouse is sponsoring or travelling together
For Businessman
  • Renewed trade license
  • Company partnership deed or memorandum
  • Company letterhead pad
  • Visiting card
For Private Job Holders
  • Job certificate
  • Salary certificate
  • No objection certificate
  • Visiting card
For Govt Job Holders
  • Government Order (GO)
  • Retirement certificate if applicable
For Advocate
  • BAR Council Certificate
For Doctor
  • BMDC Certificate

  • National ID card photocopy (both sides)
  • Birth certificate photocopy for child and infant

  • Bank solvency certificate with bank seal and signature
  • Utility bill at present address
  • Marriage certificate copy if spouse is sponsoring or travelling together
For Businessman
  • Translated trade license with notary
  • Company partnership deed or memorandum
  • Company letterhead pad
  • Visiting card
For Private Job Holders
  • Salary certificate & NOC
  • Visiting card
  • ID card
For Govt Job Holders
  • Government Order (GO)
  • Retirement certificate if applicable
For Advocate
  • BAR Council Certificate
For Doctor
